I was honored to participate in a group installation, World Making, at NEW FRUIT in Portland this August, alongside so many rad women artists. I love New Fruit so much.
My work, TEMPORARY HOMES, an audio-driven installation based on interviews I've done with people living outdoors in Portland, Maine over about 7 years, was up and running. The first iteration of TEMPORARY HOMES was back in 2012 at the now-defunct DIRIGIMUS COLLECTIVE on Thompson's Point in Maine

I was also a participant in this group installation, and I had so much fun. I know that it was a lot of work, but I really did enjoy it. If I can just go and tell my friends how fun it is, then I would, but I am kind of shy. They have no idea that I have this hobby. I will tell them in the future, but for now, I want them to just enjoy how they see me.

Dealing with appliance repairs right away can save you a lot of time and money, and it can also keep you from getting stressed out. Rather than put off repairs to your major home appliances, you should deal with appliance problems right away.

Calling a dependable appliance repair service instead of buying an entirely new washer or dryer can often save consumers hundreds of dollars in the short run. However, after you've had an appliance for more than ten years, a wiser choice may be to purchase a new, energy-efficient model.
